Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Quizcraft when you use myquizcraft.com. By making an account or using Quizcraft, you agree to them. Questions? Email afolahmad@gmail.com.
Accounts
- Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- The details you give us must be true. One person per teacher, tutor, parent or learner login.
- School admins decide who joins their school and can remove staff.
Students and children
If you add students (as a school, teacher, tutor or parent), you confirm you're allowed to, including any permission your school or local law requires, and you look after their login cards. Our privacy policy explains how their information is kept.
Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Family, Learner Plus) are billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars, through Stripe.
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a payment fails or a plan ends, the account goes back to the Free plan's limits. Nothing you made is deleted.
- School plans are agreed with each school directly.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What you make
Quizzes, questions and materials you make or upload stay yours. You give Quizcraft permission to store and show them to the people you share them with, so the service works. Only upload material you're allowed to use. Questions you save to the shared library on Explore can be used by other Quizcraft users.
AI-written questions
The AI can make mistakes. Check AI-written questions and answers before using them for marked assessments; you're responsible for the tests you set.
Fair use
Don't use Quizcraft to break the law, upload anything harmful or offensive, bully anyone, try to get into other people's accounts, or overload or attack the service.
We can suspend accounts that break these rules, after telling you where we reasonably can.
The service
We work to keep Quizcraft running, safe and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be down or make a mistake, so keep your own copies of anything important. We may change or improve features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using Quizcraft.
Ending your account
You can stop using Quizcraft at any time, and ask us to delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders about any big change before it applies.
