Privacy policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

Quizcraft helps schools, teachers, tutors, families and learners make quizzes and tests, mark them and see progress. Many of the people using it are children, so we keep as little about them as we can and never sell it. This policy explains what we keep and why, in plain words.

Who we are

Quizcraft is run from Australia. If you have a question about your information, or want to see, correct or delete it, email us at afolahmad@gmail.com.

What we keep

What we use it for

Only to provide Quizcraft: signing you in, showing and marking quizzes, reports and progress, sending the emails you asked for (such as account confirmation and weekly summaries), and keeping the service safe. We don't show advertising, we don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't sell or rent anyone's information.

Who sees it

Services that help us run Quizcraft

These companies process information for us, only to provide their service:

Some of these services store or process information outside Australia.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Quizcraft needs to work: keeping you signed in (teachers, students and parents each have their own), keeping a live game player in their game, and remembering your time zone so dates show correctly.

Children

Student accounts are made by a school, teacher or parent, who is responsible for having permission to add them. Students can't be contacted by other users, and no student email address is needed. If you're a parent and want your child's information removed, ask their school or teacher, or email us.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information while an account is in use. Teachers can delete students and their results; school admins can export their school's data. When an account is closed, its information is deleted, except anything we must keep by law (such as payment records). Email us to close an account or delete anything.

Keeping it safe

Information is sent over encrypted connections, passwords and PINs are stored scrambled, and each school's data is walled off from every other school's. If something ever went wrong, we would tell affected schools and families as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and tell account holders about any big change. See also our terms of use.
